The place was clean we had a good time on the 4th of July weekend. Clear clean swimming pool day staff was friendly.

The rate is too high for the service. Rooms in shambles, in need of repairs, not the best of room. Attendant always in a hurry to get you out.
We're expecting to have problems finding a room without reservations on Labor Day. Most rooms were $300 a night plus you had to book for two nights. but this place rented us a room for one night, for $100.00. They could have asked a hundred and fifty and we would have stayed. but they didn't gouge and the room was very clean and the bed was a king size with all the amenities and a nice pool.
